Sewing Machine Gift

This past week, the Museum accepted the donation of an industrial Singer sewing machine from Landfall Navigation in Stamford, Connecticut.

Sean Fleischman, the owner and president of Landfall, is a City Island native and was happy to reconnect with his City Island friends and find a good home for this old vestige of sail-making glory.
