You can help!

The City Island Nautical Museum is operated by the City Island Historical Society, a not-for-profit organization. There is no admission fee to the museum, which relies on donations, grants, and membership dues. All donations are tax-deductible. We welcome new members as well as contributions to our endowment fund. Annual dues are: Individual $20; Family $25; Seniors/Juniors $10. Make checks payable to the City Island Historical Society and send to City Island Historical Society, P.O. Box 82, City Island, Bronx NY 10464.

The City Island Nautical Museum is launching a major effort to replace the front steps. The campaign begins with an Open House at the Museum on Saturday, May 5 and Sunday, May 6 from noon to 5:00 p.m. Visitors will be entertained and educated about the history, the present and the future of this unique nautical community. There will be games, contests, demonstrations, lots of City Island lore, entertainment and plenty of refreshments. Check this site for more on how you can support Step Up for the Museum.
