| This room, which covers City Island from its earliest days to the present, shows the many changes that have occurred through photographs maps, displays, and memorabilia. The walls are covered with pictures of old City Island street scenes, stores, restaurants, homes, and waterfront areas. Displays include a large relief map of the Island about 1867, a diorama of the Battle of Pell’s Point during the Revolutionary War, and many antique home furnishings and articles of clothing. | |
